Working Groups: Programs

SANTA CRUZ PEOPLE'S GARDEN

This working group focuses on our sister project where we plant, cultivate, harvest and distribute organic seasonal crops to include in our SCPK distributions as well as sliding scale popup farm stands.

SOCIAL MEDIA / WEB DESIGN

This working group focuses on managing all SCPK social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and our website. This includes documenting events, creating and promoting posts, and managing incoming volunteer interest.

FUNDRAISING / GRANT WRITING

This working group focuses on grant research, proposal writing and fundraising management. This includes seeking out potential grant opportunities, managing applications and awards, and coordinating with the Social Media group for fundraising promotion.
