ABOUT SANTA CRUZ PEOPLE'S KITCHEN

Our Story

Santa Cruz People's Kitchen was founded in Summer 2020 with the specific focus on mobile food delivery and meals that include meat, dairy, and/or gluten.

The recent compounding tragedies of the COVID-19 pandemic and the CZU Lightning Complex Fire have left hundreds of people unsheltered and food-insecure. Mutual aid and community care are more crucial today than ever before. Lives depend on access to this mutual aid.

Santa Cruz People's Kitchen is by the people and for the people. We are entirely volunteer run and we believe in solidarity not charity.
